Spiderman delayed on PS3

sm3game.jpgAs tie-in games go, Spiderman 3 is expected to be one of the biggest and best, and with the blockbuster film coming out this Friday, May 4th, sales should be huge. We hope this will be the start of the better quality tie-in games we’ve been promised.

But PS3 fans are going to be disappointed, as Pro-G has reported that the PS3 version has been delayed for two weeks.

May 4 was to be the day when Xbox 360, PS3, Wii, PS2, PC and DS fans could pick their game on their console of choice, but Activision UK has confirmed that the PS3 version has indeed been delayed, and is now set for a May 18 release in the UK.

We’re a bit perturbed about the reason behind this as none was given, but we hope that patient Sony fans will wait for the PS3 version, simply to experience the game in the best next-gen quality they can!
