Sony president: "No more PS3 price cuts"

sonysticksto.jpgSony has announced (yet again) that it has no plans for further cuts to the price of the PS3.

Ryoji Chubachi, the company's president, told Reuters earlier today: "We've announced the price cut in the US and have no additional plans beyond that at this time."

Us UK gamers, fully expecting a price cut to mirror the States-side one (where it is already lower if you consider the exchange rate) were disappointed by the news that instead of a price reduction, we would see a ‘Value Pack’ instead.

But do not despair, as the last time Chubachi said no to a price cut in a Reuters interview, the US lowering came days later.
