Folklore demo due tomorrow/Also in development for PSP

folklore.jpgSony Japan’s much anticipated action/adventurer Folklore is not only due to arrive in demo form via the PSN tomorrow, but also happens to be in development for the PSP.

The playable demo itself will no doubt be little more than an English language version of the game that Japanese gamers have been fiddling with since the end of May. Available only until the end of August, you’d better get your skates on to nab the demo before times up. Hyped as similar to the Devil May Cry and Genji (why on earth would any game want to be likened to that rubbish?), Folklore has been gaining fairly average review scores, the likes of Eurogamer criticising it’s bland adventuring in particular.

As for the PSP version, details are currently scarce. No doubt they’ll be some kind of connectivity between the two that the developers will no doubt be hoping can raise it above the other average adventuring titles.
