Insomniac's Ratchet and Clank series, fun, furious and funky platforming action. One of the more enjoyable series of platformers of reacent times and obviously making its way to the PS3 in the form of Ratchet and Clank Future: The Tools of Destruction.

If you are one of the unfortunate and never had the chance to experience the excellent gameplay of this series then you are in luck because Sony have told IGN that a demo of upcoming Ratchet & Clank Future will hit PSN on October 4. Less than one month away!

Sony have confirmed that the opening level will be available on the PSN to give PS3 owners a taster of what might be in store later in the game which also promises new worlds and weapons. So revel in the knowledge that one of the greatest tag-teams in platform adventuring are going to be back and only on PS3!
