Square Enix has announced that it's working on not one but three new Kingdom Hearts games for DS, PSP and mobile phones. Kingdom Hearts for those who are unaware is a perfect and unlikely fusion between the magical world of Disney and Square Enix incredible story driven RPG antics.

Obviously the one we are most excited about is the PSP version which is titled Kingdom Hearts: Birth By Sleep. The game would seem to be the story of three young Keyblade apprentices who are on a mission to find a Keyblade master who has disappeared in somewhat dubious circumstances.

Obviously the DS version and the Mobile Phone versions will be very different in style and gameplay and will undoubtedly provide great entertainment to the people who play games on the move on the Nintendo condole or just their phone. However, the PSP with its higher graphical abilities will surely give us a beautiful, colourful gameplay experience and I for one as a fan of the series cannot wait to get my hands on some more information.

Unfortunately the trio of titles have only been confirmed for Japan so far but I would hope that at least the PSP and DS versions would make the jump to more western areas of the world! Only time will tell!
