PlayStation Store now works online - for PSP
So you can download demos to your PC, then whack them onto PSP via a USB cable. This is easily the best innovation Sony's managed for quite some time - and you don't even need a new firmware update to make the magic happen.
You're able to download PSone games on your PC as well, paying for them online from the vastly superior browsing systems available on a proper computer, then dumping those onto PSP. It's awesome. It feels illegal! And at only £3.49 for a great game like the original PlayStation version of WipEout, it's not even a rip-off.
It makes so much sense. So much sense you have to wonder why it's taken two years to happen. Go here and knock yourself out. But Mac owners beware - you need a PC to transfer stuff to a PSP.
