If you’ve never seen the Awesome series of flash videos then it’s high time you did, especially the genius that is Metal Gear Awesome. Those will know that it has been a surprisingly long wait for the sequel video, Metal Gear Awesome 2, but now it is here at last. The sad news is that creator, egoraptor, has decided to end the series, with MGA2 as the grand finale.

This video is twice as long as its predecessor and full of the same very warped humour, this time taken to the nth degree. I’d definitely recommend watching the first one, err, first if you want to have any hope of understanding it. Having played Metal Gear Solid or at least seen enough to know the rough story and little annoying nuances of the gameplay is pretty much a pre-requisite too.
