A few lucky Square Enix fans will be able to get the first peek at a multitude of new gaming wares this summer in Japan, including Final Fantasy XIII.

As an invite only event, gamers interested will need to put their names down at the Square Enix Members community site, and keep their fingers well and truly crossed. Under 2,500 fans in total will get to witness these brand new gaming wares, and there's BOUND to be blooming loads of entrants.

There's no word on which games at the event are to be playable, and which will only be available to view in trailer form. But surely the chance to get a peek at the next full scale Final Fantasy title should be enough for most folks.
