Games that allow User Generated Content have it tough because you can bet that gamers will -often inadvertantly- find ways of breaking your game. Someone's done just that with LittleBigPlanet. If you create a massive spinning wheel and set the speed to maximum, then your character will be caught in an inescapable wheel of death. Not even exiting to the Pod will save you, meaning the only way to play the game is to delete your saves. Expect this problem to be patched out of existence pretty soon. The video above shows you how to break the game, but trying to replicate said breaking would not be a smart idea.
