Mirror's Edge flash game looks quite brilliant

You have to give it to EA: their marketing is brilliant. Whether it's a new IP or another instalment of a long-running franchise, the company rarely does things by half and is good with coming up with imaginative new ways of promoting their wares. They seem to be getting into flash gaming recently. The Mercenaries 2 flash game wasn't great, but this latest take on Mirror's game from EA and Borne games is looking great.

There's a beta playable here, and it's pretty slick. Good animations, a surprisingly faithful rendition of the Mirror's Edge experience, good music, and solid level design. It's definitely worth keeping an eye on. Mirror's Edge is due for release this Friday in the UK.
